The Small Print

Payment can be made online using Credit or Debit cards via Stripe Payments Processing platform. On supported devices this will include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Microsoft Pay ‘digital wallets’.

Orders in stock are dispatched within 7 days. All items displayed are available on backorder if out of stock. Items ordered on backorder usually take 2 – 3 weeks for fulfillment. All orders are subject to the availability of materials.

All items are despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following day in the United Kingdom and includes tracking.

On receipt of funds an order confirmation email notification will be sent to the billing address email address provided. On despatch of your order via Royal Mail, a second email notification will be sent with tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

All items are handmade and produced to a high standard. However, Dee Ayles Jewellery cannot be held liable for any inconsistencies in finish, colour or design occasioned by the handmade nature of the work. Any such ‘inconsistencies’ shall not be considered a fault.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, jewellery must be returned within 14 days in its original packaging for a full refund. Items must be returned by special delivery. Dee Ayles Jewellery does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

In the rare event that the jewellery is faulty (e.g. loose gems etc. or damaged), please contact Dee Ayles for a refund or exchange. All pieces of jewellery have a one year warranty. Damage that is deemed to be the direct result of wearing or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.

Commissions and Bespoke Orders
Refunds are not available on bespoke orders, once they have been placed. A bespoke order is either a ‘bespoke inscription bangle’ or a custom commision that you have arranged with Dee Ayles in advance.

Payment for bespoke commissions is required in advance and payment methods available are PayPal or BACS transfer.

All items are hand made and small imperfections or variations may occur.
Jewellery Care

All oxidised jewellery, including certain gemstones and pearls, should be cleaned with a silver cloth not a silver dip solution. Keep jewellery away from damp and hot conditions as this will cause your jewellery to tarnish. Remove delicate jewellery before engaging in exercise, swimming etc. as perspiration can tarnish your jewellery.
